The following TERMS and CONDITIONS apply to the use of the Splendor Bling website, as well as transactions conducted through this site:
General Terms & Conditions:
All content on this website is the protected property of Splendor Bling. As a visitor to or user of this site, use is restricted to viewing, copying, printing, or distributing for informational purposes.
Aside from its licensed vendor agreement with Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Splendor Bling is not, and does not hold itself out to be a vendor, or licensed seller of any other particular goods. Each item that is custom ordered and produced by Splendor Bling is handmade and produced upon the request of the customer. Splendor Bling does not have "stock" or "inventory" of any custom item.
By requesting customized individual or group apparel from Splendor Bling, you represent and warrant that you either own, possess all rights, or you are a member of affiliate possessing sufficient rights necessary for the item(s) requested to be produced. You agree and covenant to promptly provide reasonable evidence of such adequate and sufficient rights (i.e., consents, approvals, licenses, sublicenses, or proof of membership and affiliation) upon request of Splendor Bling. You further agree to indemnify, and hold harmless Splendor Bling, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates and associates against any claim of infringement of copyright or trademark that may result from producing your order.
Shipping available only within the Continental U.S.
Processing: Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order for shipping. Splendor Bling processing time is between 7-10 business days. Regular business days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal and Alabama State holidays.
Estimated shipping times: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. First class shipping for items weighing less than 13 ounces will take 2 to 5 days to arrive. Priority shipping for items weighing 13 ounces of more will take 2 to 3 days to arrive.
Rush Orders: Splendor Bling will make every effort to accommodate rush orders where possible. A Rush Order fee will apply to orders requested sooner than the stated processing and shipping times. Actual shipping cost will be dependent on the weight of the order and the type of expedited delivery requested. **PLEASE NOTE that NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE EXPEDITED.**
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered from Splendor Bling shifts to the buyer upon Splendor Bling's delivery to the shipping carrier. For problems with orders that have already been shipped by Splendor Bling, please contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx (as responsible for shipping) to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Splendor Bling does not accept cancellation of orders placed, refunds, or exchanges. Shipping costs are also nonrefundable; no signature confirmation is offered.
Custom and Personalized Merchandise: Unfortunately, Splendor Bling cannot refund custom or personalized merchandise unless an error occurs on its part. Any such product error must be brought to Splendor Bling's attention within 3 days of customer receipt to be eligible for refund or correction.
